"Sail" sits exactly halfway between NSW two biggest cities Sydney and Newcastle in Mannering Park. A small fishing hamlet and the fishermen will regularly offer you varieties of seafood right at your doorstep!! The Lake has an abundance of fish - flat head, Bream, snapper, prawns, mullet, crabs and tailor.
Spend your day on the lake in calm waters, fish off the jetty, relax on the sun bed overlooking the lake or gather around the bbq. Sailing, skiing, scuba diving, wake boarding, sculling and fishing are world class and right at your deep jetty.
The boat shed consists of one Queen bed, sml kitchen, shower and toilet-just perfect for two! Imagine opening up the doors, having fresco dining, fresh cooked seafood and all deliciously washed down with a bottle of wine … or two!
